Q: Does Chandi offer trade pricing?
- A: Chandi offers a variety of pricing structures. Please email or call for more information. Due to the great degree of fluctuation in crystal, pricing and availability is subject to change without notice.
Q: What is Chandi’s cancellation/ return policy?
- A: Due to the custom nature of Chandi fixtures, all sales are final. A non-refundable 50% deposit is required to process all orders with the balance due upon shipping. Once production has begun, cancelled orders forfeit the deposit paid. Any damages incurred in shipping must be reported within 7 days of delivery for repair/replacement.
Q: Can I rush my order?
